Our meat processing facility was originally established in 2005 by Joel and Jeanne Schnitzler. Paul Lemay became their business partner in 2007 while they were still across the street at the Dell Mercantile. In 2014 we moved into our new building. L and S Meat Processing was established.

Joel and Jeanne Schnitzler
Co-owner
Joel and Jeanne Schnitzler are originally from Bluffton, Iowa. After moving here in 1992, they realized the need for a state-inspected processing facility.
Paul Lemay Jr.
Co-owner
Paul moved here in 2005 and helped Joel and Jeanne with their meat shop. He has been in business with the Schnitzlers since 2007.
Shayne Smart
Meat Cutter
Shayne has been a part of our team since 2015 when we opened up shop. He is an absolute great asset to our team, and keeps things rolling!
Hillery (Bill) Clemmer

Hillery Clemmer started with us in 2019, and has been a wonderful addition to our team. She never lets us down!
